EXCHANGE/RETURNS

 All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form or an E-Gift Card code. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Items must be sent back within (7) days of delivery date. Candles must not be damaged or lit. Please send all return or exchange inquires to info@ameliasdecor.com.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit,refuse, and /or reject returns from customers at any time for potential fraudulent or criminal activity or excessive returns.

PAYMENTS

Amelia’s Decor accepts all major credit cards including apple pay.

SHIPPING

All of our candles go through a inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product. Our candles are hand poured made to order as we aim to ship within 5 days from order confirmation.  We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping within 3 days from receiving your product.  Photos of broken items will be required. Please email your name, address, order number, along with photos of broken item to info@ameliasdecor.com and we will prepare a replacement within 5-7 business days.
